Versioned and centrally governed — every quote prices from the active card. Publishing archives the prior active card; saved quotes keep their frozen snapshots.

Two numbers finance must confirm before real quotes go out: the Airia platform cost per package (modeled $5.5K–$10K/mo — get the signed reseller price) and the reseller commission (modeled 20% — confirm the negotiated VAR discount). Both are first-class fields on the card — no code change needed. See reference/market-benchmarks.md.
